The seller sent me the wrong item. therefore i’m not reading the quality of the item that i purchased, i am reading the professionalism and quality checks of the seller. this seller should’ve immediately shipped out the correct item as soon as they became aware of their mistake. instead, the seller wanted to not take accountability and rectify the situation instantly. maybe i’ll try to get the correct item with another purchase and leave a review for the item or maybe i’ll just try another seller. the seller also kept asking me to close the dispute. the dispute is my only reference to recurving the wing item. ali express customer service told me not to close the dispute at all.
